Definitely Been A Lonnng While!

I'm so sorry I've been gone guys! Really.

School mid-semester has caught up to me and I've been literally in the books 24/7 when I'm not working (which lately has been about 50 hrs a week). So you can imagine how busy I've been, lol.

But an "update" video is coming up soon!

Love you all!!! <3

Lost My Phone!

You guys! I lost my phone 2 nights ago =(. I just got a new one yesterday but have to wait until it is delivered (next business day). So sad! Especially since I will be losing so many pictures and memories that I had in my previous phone. It was definitely upsetting for this to have happened.

I went out with my coworkers two nights ago for a friend's birthday. It was definitely a much needed night of fun. However, it was absolutely crazy that that night something happened to each and every one of us! Insane right?!?! Unfortunately for my share - it was losing my iPhone 4S. It's wasn't so much the phone the upsetting part but the fact that I had many memories and so many pictures from that night on it...and now they're gone. I wasn't quick enough to have my iCloud active...so no I cannot track it. Just my luck.

So I got home and immediately got on the phone with AT&T to suspend the service for my number until I am able to get a new one. I already ordered a new replacement but will not arrive until Tuesday/Wednesday. So until then, I am phoneless. And going out of my mind. It's absurd how much we depend on our wireless services, lol. I do everything through my phone. So I had to go in and change all my passwords for emails, websites, etc. on here. Just so no one can hack into anything. I had ordered the iPhone 5 that same day too, obviously earlier, and figures I'd lose the current one. It was upsetting when it first happened. But after a whole day without a phone, it's not too bad. It was mainly just pictures that I care for now. Cause those are things I cannot get back.

I blame my clutch with nothing but a magnetic closure. Zipper closures for me from now on, lol.

I'm FINALLY Back!!!

Hey guys! I'm so glad to FINALLY be back. I want you all to now that I have definitely not forgotten about any of you. I've been gone for a while and as I stated in my video, I owe you all a "why".

As you already know, I mentioned in some of my videos that I would be going to Las Vegas (for the first time) for my birthday week/weekend. It was definitely an experience to remember! I loved it. And you know what they say - What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas =).

Upon my return I went straight to work. I had to after being gone for a few days. I needed to spend time at work and get back into the business of things. I started to prepare as well, for more videos. I had (still have) a few requests to satisfy. I was finally ready to start filming again...and then I got sick.

I was at dinner after work with a friend. As we were at the restaurant eating, I started to feel this throbbing in my stomach on my left side abdomen. At first I thought - "Okay, maybe it's just gas" (as silly as that sounds). Then I thought maybe the sushi I ate did not sit well with me. Within 15 minutes of that throbbing starting, pain followed it. A massive pain. I literally felt like someone was punching my insides, and I was bent over the table in pain. My friend and I left asap. All I wanted to do was go home and lay down, in hopes that the pain would stop. As I'm walking to my car the pain continues to increase. But I got into my car and began my drive home. A few minutes after getting onto the freeway, I was yelling in horrible massive pain. At this point, as crazy as it sounds, the pain felt like someone was squeezing my insides with all their might and stabbing them. I can't even begin to let you understand what I was feeling. I began getting lightheaded and immediately called my mom. I told her what I felt, as I was in tears. She did ask if I was okay to continue driving otherwise to have her and my dad come and get me. I didn't want to wait for them (I was still a good distance away from home) so I told her I was. She then told me to go to the nearest hospital and she would meet me there. I did. I remember seeing the emergency room doors and parking spots directly in front of there. I don't know who those spots really belonged to but I just parked there anyways. The pain was so strong that it drained me of all energy, especially after yelling the whole way to the hospital. I got out of my car and literally crawled into the emergency room. The pain would not let me stand nor sit up straight. As soon as I went inside, the security guard brought me a wheelchair and he had to fill out my paperwork because I was absolutely drained in pain. About 30 minutes later, I was called in and admitted. Immediately after receiving my bed, I was given an IV needle (for the IV and pain med.) and another needle for blood withdrawals. I was given several pain killers before the nurse decided to give me the strongest they had. Nothing else was working. I can't even fully recall everything after that point. The drugs pretty much knocked me completely out. Not only that but they made me way too nauseous. It was horrible! Throughout all this time, they ran many tests and scans on me. About 2-3 hours after being admitted, the doctor came in to tell me I had a kidney stone.

So that is what I had. Before I was released the nurse had told me that he was surprised I wasn't screaming at the top of my lungs. Apparently he's had men crying and screaming from the pain. He told me that a kidney stone is the most painful condition you can be in, much more painful than childbirth and labor.

Luckily I was on water afterwards, and soon enough I was able to pass the stone on my own. A lot of the quickness in passing the stone was due to one of the medications I was given - it helped expand the inside areas the kidney stone passes through. But throughout me being on the drugs and medications, I could not hold anything down because I was always nauseous. I was told to take a week off of work but I only took 2 1/2 days due to me needing to be present this specific week. So the kidney stone timing was all bad. But I can gladly and more than happily say that I am ECSTATIC that I passed the stone and it is over.

That was definitely a long story. I hope I didn't bore ya'll. But I will not bore you any longer. So stay posted for more videos coming soon and blog posts. I am back!

In my first month of trying Jewelmint, this is the outcome. I think it is safe to say I have no control anymore. I just can't help it. They are all such beautiful good quality pieces that compliment everything you wear.

And just so you know...I have ordered 3 MORE. Pictures up soon (when they arrive). It is my birthday month so I figure it's okay...and I've been working so hard that I do deserve a few gifts to myself.
